My name is James Delgadillo.  After retiring from my wholesale distribution business, I combined my lifelong interest in health and fitness with training from the Massage Institute of Memphis into a message therapy practice specializing in whole body revitalization for clients engaged in today's active lifestyle.

I am an active professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, hold a certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and I am licensed by the State of Tennessee, Division of Health Related Boards, as a massage therapist.

While I specialize in Swedish Massage, deep tissue work, and sports massage, I also have additional training in myofacial release, pregnancy massage, and relaxation therapy.  After your intake consultation, I will customize a massage to address your concerns and meet your specific goals.

I hold a BS degree from the University of Mississippi, am an Air Force veteran, and have served on the board of directors of the National Ornamental Metals Museum, the Memphis Speech and Hearing Center, and the Jewelry Industry Distributors Association.
